  • How do I link my Bungie.net account to my Bungie Store Account? 
    First, existing Bungie Store customers prior to July 20, 2021 must reset their password.

    Step 1: Sign into Bungie Store with your existing Bungie Store account, or create a new one.

    Step 2: After logging into your Bungie Store account, click the dropdown on the "Welcome, [Name]" message. Then select "Linked Account" and click "Link Your Bungie.net Account". A new window will pop up and ask you to sign in to your Bungie.net account.

    Step 3: Once you have sucessfully logged in, your account name will appear here. Congratulations on linking your Bungie.net account!

  • My order history is incorrect/not showing. Will I still receive my preorder items that have not been shipped?

    Yes! All preorders placed before July 20, 2021 will be shipped according to the product’s shipping schedule. Please check the specific product’s detail page for shipping schedule updates.

    Orders are shipped according to when orders are received. Please note that this schedule is subject to change pending unforeseen shipping circumstances and impacts from the global COVID-19 pandemic.

  • After linking my account, Bungie Store is notifying me that I need to opt in my email address. How do I do that? 
    To validate your email address, please follow the email address validation steps outlined on Bungie.net. 
  • When I log into Bungie Store I receive a notification to "RE-AUTHORIZE YOUR ACCOUNT". How do I get this to stop?
    Next time you sign in, choose "Sign In with Bungie.net" and you will not receive this message for the current session.
  • How do I export or delete my personal information from Bungie Store? (GDPR & CCPA)
    To Export
    If you have a Bungie Store account, Log into your bungie store and visit the "My Account" section. On the left hand navigation, select privacy settings and select "Export Personal Data". After 5-10 minutes please hit refresh on your browser and select the option "Download Personal Data"

    If you do not have a Bungie Store account, please contact us for an export of your personal data.

  • How come I am unable to connect my Bungie.net account to multiple Bungie Store accounts? 
    Currently we only support connecting one Bungie.net profile to a single Bungie Store account. 
  • I have a Bungie.net account but do not have a Destiny 2 character, can I still link my account? 
    Yes, you are still able to connect your Bungie.net profile to a Bungie Store account. 

    To participate in the Bungie Rewards program, an active Destiny 2 account with at least one character is required. If you have more than one Destiny 2 account, please make sure the correct account is selected, or sign into Destiny 2 with this account and create a character. 

    A Bungie Reward is not unlocking after completing the requirement in game. 
    Players should ensure they are signed into a Bungie Store account with a linked Bungie.net profile that unlocked the reward. If this does not resolve the issue, please log out and log back into Bungie Store to refresh your data.

  • My order hasn't arrived.  Can you tell me where it is?
    You should receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of your package leaving our facility. That email will contain all necessary tracking information and is updated in real-time.

    Looking for tracking information? We recommend using a service such as Aftership.
  • How do preorders work?
    Preorders are items that are available for sale but don't ship until a later date (specified on the product detail page). When you purchase a preorder product you are billed immediately upon checkout. This ensures you will receive the product once it becomes available. All non-personalized preorder items can be cancelled for a full refund up until the product ships. After the product ships, our normal return policy will take effect.
  • How do emblems work?
    If your order qualifies for a free emblem, an email with a link to download your emblem code will be sent to you shortly after your order is placed. You can find more information regarding in-game redemption of your code here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12131

    Please note that there are occasions when free emblem codes will not be available directly following your purchase. In such cases, notification of the date the emblem code will be sent will be stated on the product page or via general notification in the shop.

    Please also note that some items come with an additional product-specific emblem code printed on the product packaging. This will be noted on the product page for the item. In such cases, the product-specific code cannot be provided electronically.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    We ship to all countries inside the EU and the UK. If you would like your package shipped elsewhere, please visit our US store.
  • What are your available shipping methods?
    Your order will be shipped from our Netherlands fulfillment center via the preferred carrier for your location. Carriers include GLS, DHL, NL Post, and Bpost.
  • Can you tell me the shipping rate on my order?
    Shipping rates vary by your location and the size of your order. The easiest way to find out the exact shipping rate for your location and order is to go through the process of placing an order. When you reach the page where shipping options are presented, you’ll see a drop down menu with different shipping options and their costs for your exact location and order.
  • What about duties, taxes, and V.A.T.?
    Pricing is VAT inclusive. You may be charged separate duties/customs fees for orders shipped outside the EU or UK.
  • This item I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?
    If you want to be notified when we have more, click the “Email When Available” button (will this be there on Magento?) located near the bottom right corner of the page for that item and you’ll receive an email when it’s back in stock.  Bungie Rewards specialty products will most likely retire at a conclusion date stated on the product detail page.
  • I want to return or exchange my previous purchase from Bungie Store.  Where can I find more information?
